ZenVen emerged from a clear need to eliminate the friction in retreat planning for both Retreat Hosts & Venues.

For too long, hosts faced endless searching while perfect venues remained underutilized.

We moved beyond the standard directory to create a curated marketplace centered on alignment. By focusing on energy, intention, and experience design, we facilitate high-fit matches that transcend simple transactions.

Our role is to act as an intentional bridge between discovery and decision, ensuring every introduction is relevant and deeply considered. We provide retreat hosts with the right environment and venues with qualified, soulful inquiries.

About the Founder

Olivia Auffarth

Olivia Auffarth has been drawn to wellness and retreat spaces from a young age.

Her path into this world was deeply personal. Growing up in a turbulent environment, she found herself searching for spaces that felt grounding, safe, and real - places where she could reconnect with herself. What began as a personal pursuit evolved into a deep understanding of the power of intentional, in-person experiences.

When Olivia first experienced a retreat, something clicked.
There was a kind of magic in being in the right place, with the right people, sharing something meaningful.

But as she spent more time in this space, both attending retreats and working within them, she began to see the gap behind the experience.

During university, Olivia interned at a wellness retreat center in Costa Rica, where she saw how difficult it was for retreat hosts to discover and connect with venues. At the same time, the center struggled to fill availability during slower seasons. The issue wasn’t demand - it was connection.

Later, a close friend hosting retreats faced similar challenges—spending weeks searching for a venue, only for the booking to fall through due to pricing misalignment and unclear logistics.

In that moment, something became clear.

The process of creating a retreat should feel as aligned and effortless as the retreat itself.

ZenVen was born from that vision:a more thoughtful way for retreat hosts and venues to find each other through clarity, alignment, and ease.

Because when the process is supported, more retreats happen.

And when more retreats happen, more people experience the power of being in the right space, at the right time.
